These first screens from Square-Enix’s upcoming ridiculously titled sequel to Dissidia: Final Fantasyshow off the two previously-confirmed new characters for this iteration. Kain (from FFIV) and Lightning (from FFXIII). I think what really strikes me most here is how great Lightning looks on the PSP hardware. What do you guys think?
This isn’t much to go on, but fans of the previous title should be able to use these to hold themselves over until more media becomes available, possibly at the Tokyo Game Show coming up this week. On, and there’s a snazzy new title logo, as well. A win, win situation all around. Hit the break for the screens.
