Hamster, creators of a convenience store simulation series, have a dark steampunk RPG in the works. The game is called Arms’ Heartand is slated for November 25.
Details are scarce since Arms’ Heart wasannounced on a teaser site, but we should know more soon since the PSP game will be at Tokyo Game Show inside Konami’s booth.
